Because of that I ordered an Invicta 37 SVX. Still waiting for it to arrive and it is killing me lol. Honestly, the Hoyt and Mathews target bows are excellent and shoot very well. Three bows I shot were Mathews lift 29.5, Hoyt Alpha X 30, Hoyt RX-8 30 inch. Both Hoyt's where 70.1 lbs at 28.5dl measured. Mathews was 72lbs with 28 mod (measured 28 3/8).The Hoyt is a heavy bow, with the little stubby stabilizer my complete bow was almost 7.5lbs. My V3X-33 is almost a pound lighter. The VTM34 draws slightly smoother, and the Hoyt has a better factory grip IMO. If you have been a Hoyt guy for a long time you will transition into the VTM easier. I do like the low riser stab mount option on the Hoyts. Both companies make outstanding accessories, although Mathews pricing is stupid.
